Government Contract Design
Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) Infographic
This infographic was designed to balance Army branding elements with a modern digital aesthetic, ensuring that it aligned with military standards while maintaining a clean, structured, and visually engaging layout. One of the biggest challenges was integrating a large amount of text-heavy content and technical data while keeping the design visually appealing, easy to read, and digestible. By leveraging strategic typography, structured layouts, and data visualization techniques, the final design effectively conveyed ARDAP’s mission and impact in a way that was both informative and visually dynamic. This project was recognized with a Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) Award in the Infographics category. ARDAP enables data platforms and integration to support decision-making and mission success for warfighters.
USPS Postal Customer Guide
As part of a government contract project for USPS, I designed a visually engaging and easy-to-navigate customer shipping guide. Using USPS branding standards, I created a guide that helps postal customers understand everything they need to know before shipping—ranging from package measurement requirements and shipping restrictions to mailing classifications and service options.
The guide outlines the different types of shipping services available, clearly explaining what qualifies for each and how to prepare mail properly. I used a thoughtful mix of imagery, iconography, and charts to ensure the layout was both informative and digestible, helping users easily absorb complex guidelines. Designed to feel user-friendly yet on-brand, this resource serves as a helpful tool for customers across a variety of mailing needs.
IRT Mission Communication Materials
Over the course of my work with IRT (Innovation Readiness Training), a team under the DoD, I provided ongoing design support to maintain brand consistency across a wide array of print and digital materials. From monthly newsletters and annual reports to workshops and internal assets, I ensured that every design element aligned with IRT’s visual identity.
One featured project is the monthly IRT newsletter, where I maintained a consistent, professional template but added subtle seasonal or holiday elements when appropriate to keep the content fresh and engaging.
In addition to newsletters, I supported the design and production of event and workshop materials including digital and printed posters, Zoom backgrounds, mission maps, and attendee materials. For each workshop, I created and prepared all necessary printed collateral—ensuring everything was design-ready and delivered for seamless execution on event day. From layout and file prep to brand alignment and final production, I played a key role in supporting IRT’s events from concept to print. Below are photos showcasing these materials in use during the workshops.
Covert Ops: A Training Escape Room Experience
Developed for a former internal branch of the CIA, this escape room game functioned as a training tool for new recruits—designed to build critical thinking, pattern recognition, and collaborative problem-solving under pressure. The game was crafted to simulate real-world scenarios, providing participants with a hands-on approach to learning through self-guided gameplay and structured challenges.
I was responsible for the full design and production process from start to finish, including overseeing the development of all game materials and coordinating the final printed copies for physical distribution.
Key Components Designed:
Question Playing Cards: A custom set of scenario-based prompts, requiring players to solve logic puzzles, decipher codes, and make quick decisions to progress through the mission.
Notebook of Hints: A printed field notebook filled with layered clues, red herrings, and narrative fragments—designed to encourage investigative thinking and strategic deduction.
Score Sheet: A tracking system used to assess decision-making, efficiency, and teamwork during gameplay, supporting post-game analysis.
Reflection Journal: A guided debrief tool where participants documented their strategies, insights, and outcomes to reinforce training takeaways.
Printed Map: A flat game board printed with detailed illustrations that contained hidden clues embedded in the artwork, encouraging close visual analysis and attention to detail.
Every element—from content design to production—was created with clarity, utility, and purpose in mind, supporting structured training goals while providing a thoughtful and engaging problem-solving experience.
